AI-driven scoring and feedback systems
Voice recognition and pronunciation analysis
Personalized study recommendations and progress tracking
Performance analytics and detailed reporting
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klix Soft PVT LTD.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners:
International Payments: Stripe
Local Payments (Nepal): eSewa, Khalti
Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan
All prices are displayed in applicable currency and include applicable taxes
Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation or renewal
Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
Free Trial Periods:
You may cancel during any free trial period without charge
Cancellation must occur before the trial period expires to avoid billing
Subscription Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods
Exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge
Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for early cancellation of active subscription periods

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by Klix Soft Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws, including:

AI algorithms, scoring systems, and feedback mechanisms
Software, applications, and platform technologies
Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
User interface designs and platform architecture
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Do not guarantee, replicate, or substitute official examination scoring or results (such as IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, or Duolingo), and users shall not rely on platform assessments as official scores
Are subject to technological limitations and ongoing improvements
Should be used as practice tools, not definitive assessments
May occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results
Using our Services does not guarantee:
Specific scores on official language proficiency examinations

Meet your specific learning objectives
Replicate official testing conditions exactly
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klix Soft PVT LTD shall not be liable for any reliance placed on platform results or content for official examinations, nor for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or technical failures
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
